Headquartered in Seattle Washington, DutySmith designs and manufactures duty accessories for the uniformed professional who values quality, function and performance. The standard duty belt hasn't changed in form or function for over a hundred years. DutySmith is here to change that.
Today's Duty Gear works hard, and is expected to be extremely durable. At the same time, comfort is more and more important as professionals are required to work longer hours in difficult environments. Using input and data from the US military, with designers whose job it is to design and test tactical gear, we have clear insight into the needs of our customers and understand the demand for quality.
With that in mind we have created a Technical Advisory Group staffed with industry professionals from different sectors of our customer base, and whose job it is to test and to improve the designs we produce. After rigorous use and on-the-job testing, we deploy feedback to our developers, and they build in the changes that our customers request.
DutySmith possesses the ingenuity and skills to create truly unique, patentable accessories for the uniformed professional. We talk regularly to the people who rely on their duty belts and are always looking for feedback on what works and what doesn't.
